We're accepting submissions for breakout sessions, workshops, mini-sessions, and posters. Whether you've presented at a CSTA event before, or are looking to present for the first time, submissions are due by Nov. 6!

CSTA Alabama 2022-23 Chapter Inquiry Group![]() CSTA Alabama has been selected by CSTA to pilot a Chapter Inquiry Group which is a program designed to engage CS educators in identity-inclusive CS topics, safe conversation practices, and community building.

NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing![]() The NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing honors 9th-12th grade women, genderqueer, and non-binary students for their computing-related achievements and interests, and encourages them to pursue their passions. Students can apply online at www.aspirations.org/AiCHSAward beginning September 1, 2022 and submit completed applications no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on October 20, 2022. Please share this announcement with students in grades 9-12 and encourage them to apply!

It is celebrated during September 15 – October 15 and the theme this year is Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation."
